Neil holds a masters in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School with a concentration in human resources, education and labor. His course-work at the Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan explored effective corporate and organizational strategies in the world of networked technology. His thesis identified best practices in workforce development programs.
